Q: are the etailers within each category ranked in any specific order? A: yes. The etailers are listed on ranking determined by two factors. The first is a "international-shopper friendliness" score determined by us (the intletail.com staff). To each etailer we assign a score based the ease-of-use for the intl shopper. The componants of this score are: 1) the etailer's shipping policy, and is it clearly explained or not 2) are international payment options available (for example, are there choices for method of payment and currency) 3) overall site usability The second factor is determined by you, online shoppers all over the world. It is a "click score" based on the number of people who visit the etailer's site from the links in our directory.
Q: what is the minimum requirement for etailers to be listed in your directory? A: there are no hard and fast rules, but as a general guideline the etailer must accept international orders, and must ship to at least five countries other than the one in which it is based. On top of that, the site's policies must be "international-shopper friendly" (see the above Q & A)
